In the past few years, it has been keenly noticed that the number of dropouts after the 10th and 12th standards have increased. Multiple research studies have confirmed this issue. Students mainly drop out due to financial constraints and family challenges.
Due to a lack of professional growth, they are trapped in the vicious cycle of poverty.
Seva Sahayog Foundation felt the urge to interact with these students, provide them with short-term Skill Development Training and help them get into the organised sector
To select youth from underprivileged sections of society and enrol them in the Youth Skill Development Program
To provide short-term skilling courses to students which would generate additional employment opportunities
To monitor the program regularly to ensure attendance, quality of the training, and minimum drop-outs
To provide placement assistance to all students who complete the course successfully
