1. Role Description : Field Agronomist
Location: Chalisgao, Jalgaon District
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Farmer Field Schools (FFS):
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on agroecological farming practices for local farmers.
- Guide farmers in sustainable agriculture methods, focusing on soil health, crop diversity, and bio-inputs.
2. Agroecological Farming Demonstrations:
- Implement and oversee field demonstrations, showcasing agroecological practices like bio-input preparation (e.g., Jeevamrut, compost), integrated pest management (IPM), and crop diversification.
- Offer hands-on guidance to farmers on utilizing bio-inputs to improve soil fertility and reduce chemical use.
3. Agroecosystem Assessment:
- Assess the overall health and functioning of agroecosystems in demonstration plots.
- Monitor factors such as soil quality, biodiversity, water retention, and resilience to pests and diseases.
- Provide insights on how different agroecological interventions are impacting ecosystem sustainability.
4. Data Collection & Monitoring:
- Collect field-level data on crop performance, soil health, input usage, and yield outcomes from agroecological demonstrations.
- Maintain detailed records of all inputs and practices for evaluation.
5. Report Generation:
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports on agroecological farming demonstrations, including the package of practices, economic analysis, and agroecosystem health assessment.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights for improving agroecological practices.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with project teams, farmers, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Provide ongoing feedback and technical support to farmers on improving their farming systems.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of agroecological principles, bio-inputs, IPM, and integrated nutrient management (INM).
- Experience in conducting farmer field schools and delivering practical demonstrations.
- Familiarity with agroecosystem assessments, including monitoring soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem sustainability.
- Proficient in data collection, monitoring, and report writing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with farming communities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in agriculture, agroecology, or sustainable farming practices.
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month
2. Job Title: Project coordinator – Training and awareness
Project: Women Empowerment Program
Location: Pune
Type: Full-Time
Timings: (10 am-6 pm) Sunday off
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of training
- Maintaining data.
- Contact trainers for training
Skills Required:
- Planning and Execution of training and awareness sessions in vasti
- Taking feedback on all sessions
- Visit vasti whenever needed
- Buying material for training
- contact different trainers for training
- Report writing
- Communicate with vasti mahila etc.
Qualifications:
- Any graduate (fresher/experienced)
- Good Communication & Writing Skills in Marathi/ English
- And Basic computer working knowledge is required.
- Having and driving a two-wheeler is a must.
Salary: Rs. 16,000 to 18,000 per month

3. Job Title: Special Educator
Project: Chetana
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Part-time (4 hours a day, Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized education to children with neurodiversity disabilities.
- Offer therapy for PLS (Pragmatic Language Skills).
- Oversee center administration, including maintaining children’s attendance records, updating relevant software, and coordinating with office staff.
- Design individualized education program (IEP) and one-to-on therapy sessions to train the child for school
Qualifications:
- Experience in educating children with special needs.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education.
Salary:
₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing company partners.

5. Job Title: Project Coordinator – Educational Assistance Scheme (EAS)
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
- Verify student applications and supporting documents to assess scholarship eligibility.
- Conduct regular interactions with students and their families to understand academic and financial backgrounds.
- Coordinate fund allocation and ensure timely scholarship disbursements.
- Maintain and update accurate student records and manage the project database in Excel.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation on schedule.
- Coordinate with volunteers and stakeholders to build strong, collaborative relationships.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling, analysis, and reporting
- Effective communication skills in both Marathi and English
- Ability to manage and coordinate teams and stakeholders
- Fieldwork readiness (having a personal vehicle is preferred)
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1–2 years in project coordination, preferably in the education or NGO sector
