Project: Shop on wheels
Location: Pune (WEP office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday off) (*Flexible timings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procedure of all licences and documentation whenever required for the van
• Planning routes and locations for sales.
• Managing daily operations of the van. Accompany van.
• Monitoring stock and sales records.
• Coordinating with the team and vendors.
• Promoting the project and increasing sales.
• Conducting quality check of products
• Preparing regular reports and updates

Skills Required:

• 4-wheeler licence with driving skills
• Project management and planning skills
• Good communication and coordination
• Basic sales and marketing understanding
• Stock and inventory management
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic computer skills for reporting

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Management / Commerce
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or field operations
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Salary:
₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Weekends: Saturday and/or Sunday between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible based on session requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions for teenage girls.
• Facilitate discussions that support emotional, social, and educational development.
• Build a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and confidence among beneficiaries.
• Assist in organizing and participating in additional activities such as camps and exposure visits.

Required Skills:

• Strong ability to connect and communicate effectively with adolescents.
• Fluency in Marathi (mandatory).
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• MSW (Master of Social Work) / Degree in Psychology (preferred).
• Experienced candidates may be considered with relaxed qualification criteria.

Other Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.
• Willingness to travel to different communities (vasties).
• Flexibility to participate in additional program activities.

• विज्ञानाधारित कौशल्यांवर अभ्यासक्रम, मॉड्यूल व प्रशिक्षण साहित्याचे सखोल अध्ययन करणे. कार्यक्रमाचे वितरण / माहिती समजून घेण्यासाठी प्रशिक्षणाला उपस्थित राहणे.
• शिक्षकांसाठी कृती प्रधान, सहभागात्मक व उपक्रमाधारित प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाळेचे नियोजन व अंमलबजावणी करणे.
• प्रत्येक कौशल्याचे प्रात्यक्षिक सूत्रांद्वारे प्रशिक्षण देणे.
• शिक्षकांना विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये कुतूहल, जिज्ञासा व वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोन विकसित करण्यासाठी मार्गदर्शन करणे.
• प्रशिक्षण अहवाल, उपस्थिती व अभिप्राय नोंदी वेळेत सादर करणे.
• स्कोप प्रमाणे शाळांमध्ये/ ट्रेनिंग हॉल मध्ये नियोजन करून प्रशिक्षण सत्रे घेणे

आवश्यक कौशल्ये व गुणवैशिष्ट्ये:

• उत्कृष्ट संवाद कौशल्य (मराठी अनिवार्य; इंग्रजी सेशन साठीं इंग्लीश)
• प्रभावी सादरीकरण व प्रशिक्षण कौशल्य
• सतत प्रवास करण्याची तयारी
• शिकविण्याची आवड आणि शिक्षकांना सक्षम बनविण्याची तयारी

आवश्यक पात्रता:

• B.SC/ M.SC or Diploma/ इंग्रजी अनिवार्य, प्राधान्य: विज्ञान शिक्षक/ Corporate Trainers
• किमान एक वर्षाचा प्रौढ टिम प्रशिक्षणाचा अनुभव

पगार: ₹ २०,००० ते २५,००० प्रति महिना
